There once was a foolish man who thought foolish thoughts, felt foolish feelings... and did foolish things. In his regret, he became a shadow of himself - a shade. His mind and body became dilapidated and his spirit, fraught with sorrow, closed the doors to his memories. He banished himself to a realm that exists upon a different plane, hoping to forget the past - and to be forgotten by all others.

But then something happened that he did not intend - he forgot who he was... and then he forgot how to live.

Trapped as a shade, he wandered aimlessly and mindlessly across the plane, a mote of dust upon the wind. Scattered and broken, he drifted.

Innumerable eternities passed, and over that time, that mote of dust collected the lost pieces of itself. The shade became corporeal, and suddenly, from an abysm of amnesia, a flame of consciousness was kindled - the man lived once again, though barely.

He would not let this merciful moment of fortune be squandered. He resolved to recover his memories.

Nearly a shade, barely alive, barely a man, and nearly dead, he set out to remember what wrongs he had committed and how to live, so that he could right those wrongs with the life he would build.

-5 classes AKA "Options" to choose from, each with a number of different abilities

-Custom content via a (required) mod. Features may include custom GRPs, portraits, BG screens, custom units, etc.

-Rudimentary save/load system based on codes that can be earned after defeating each Recollection. Entering the correct code will auto-defeat its corresponding Recollection
