I have the biggest history of moderation in this site and hell, in the whole site at all and a career more than every single one of you punny mortals even wish for, every hater is just jealous they're not me.

So not only have I moderated this site, been an administrator and filled the staff with ideas, I COMPLETELY RE-DESIGNED THE ENTIRE SITE. And not only that I pressed the corresponding authorities so much to make that change happen in LESS THAN 5 DAYS.

TL:DR I MAKE SHIT HAPPEN WETHER YOU LIKE IT OR NOT. Failure to not even consider this just proves how irresponsible and lacking the moderation curently is.

You can keep the way you are right now, or you can CHANGE. Up to you, who "loves" the site so much.

If DevliN is willing then I'm unsure what else there would be to discuss. He's clearly the most qualified. He's already more than demonstrated his ability to manage the site, the fact that he's level-headed and reasonable and open to suggestions, and although he has administrative powers already, he is a part of the community rather than an overbearing overlord. He obviously won't go on a power trip, he is responsible and incorruptible, and he cares about the site and the people who enjoy it because he's one of them as well.

There is not a single person on this planet that is even half as qualified as DevliN is to take the reigns. It's a no contest, he has every desirable quality that could be wanted for this position, already demonstrated and proven.

If he wants to take it then I really don't understand what else there could be for anyone to talk about.

He's not. I've proven it so many times. But that's not the case. Devlin is a great community manager, I do not doubt that, wouldn't even dare. Though, he doesn't really administrate the site. He just moderates it. He could do his job easily just by being a GM.

I'm not planning on going radical here where everyone is fired because I dislike them, SEN does really have too many moderators, not so much in number but in terms of what they do/propose I bet there's no single "how can we improve SEN plan" in the staff going on ATM, back in my days, We had at least 5 plans. All by me of course, Ex had some ideas too that would be awesome to implement, awesomely-strict ideas. Basically, what I am saying is, all of the moderators are a waste. They do nothing but click a few buttons and delete posts. I could train my turtle to do that.

If I trusted you not to abuse mod powers again or go on drunken spamming sprees now and then, I'd have no issue with you taking over payments and fixing the site. Unfortunately, I don't. And it seems like there's already too much bad blood for you to just want to help fix it without the power role. I also agree that I am better as a community manager, which I tend to think used to be Moose's job as admin and to an extent why I was chosen to take over that role.
