Hes right, mostly. Regardless, I've not had the best run in my life, but at least I can be happy with what I've got. Thats enough for me.

Hes right, mostly. Regardless, I've not had the best run in my life, but at least I can be happy with what I've got. Thats enough for me.

Go vegetarian. Start buying your own food. If you don't have a job, ask your provider to give you the money they would normally spend on your food and just buy vegetables and whole foods. It's cheaper to make things yourself, trust me. It's easier than it seems.
Just do knee pushups and Hindu squats everyday. Small changes quickly show at the beginning, giving you motivation to keep going. I've lost 30 lbs the past 6 months simply by changing how I eat. All my food is still delicious as fuck.
EDIT: By the way, if you want advice/anything else, PM me and I can try to help you out. I went from being a 240lb 8th grader who couldn't do two pushups to being a 198lb junior who can bench 260lbs. I know that feel, bruh.

For 2012 I will author a book and teach myself graphic design (just bought a drawing tablet). Edit: And become fluent in two new languages.
