So, I just got Minecraft a few days ago.

Is there anything important I should know? I've already player for ~14 hours total in peaceful, easy, and creative modes (single player).

Win by luck, lose by skill.

Oh god is he a pain in the fucking ass when you are playing legit. You have to make it your lifes aspiration to kill all the healing towers, and then deal with the damn masses of enders.

Here's a pretty nice, almost vanilla server that I've been playing on; it's relatively fresh, but its uptime is almost guaranteed to be 24/7 and it's blazingly fast. The admin is nice, it's regularly backed up to prevent grief, and it's not going to reset due to minor terrain generation code changes (unlike a lot of other servers I've seen). Register on the site and you'll be whitelisted automatically for the three public servers.

You should all play swaggercraft. Player vs player with factions and mcmmo. You guys should all come play and join my faction. It's hard to find trustworthy people to join your faction. Right now its just me and my real-life friends.
PVP is fucking awesome and raiding/battles can get pretty intense. The map is limited at 8000x8000 blocks and there are usually 50-60 people on at any time. Most factions have like 3-5 people in them, with a few really large factions with like 15+ people.

ANYWAYS what I'm saying is its fucking awesome and you guys should come play.
