http://www.elementsthegame.com/

Okay so I made this post at like 4am, because MZ was having a fit.

Elements is an online card game. There are currently 12 elements:

Earth - Specialises in destroying enemies permanents through Earthquakes (pillar denial), strong and hard hitting units with armor (hp buffs). Some creatures can burrow to avoid being targeted by spells (thus immortal), but they lose half their attack power in doing so.
Air - Mostly airborne units, unique ability to 'dive' which doubles a units attack power (which is powerful when combined with buffs), the Firefly Queen can be devastating when used in conjunction with life.
Fire - Specialises in fast and furious damage, units almost always have a higher attack than defence stat, combined with some of the best creature control cards (rain of fire, fire bolt), fire is a popular choice.
Water - Specialises in not very much, but has unique synergies with death (poison). Also has the unique ability to 'freeze' an enemy creature, putting it out of combat for 3 turns.
Death - Specialises in, well, death. Graveyards cause killed creatures to respawn as 1/1 skeletons for yourself, while poison eats through enemy units causing vultures to become stronger and feeding your bonewall.
Life - Specialises in healing your troops and yourself, providing longevity with Empathic Bonds, and lots of vanilla hard hitting creatures.
Entropy - chaotic randomness, has a powerful shield which uses your quanta as your hitpoints. Werewolves and abominations are powerful and become even more so, Fallen Elf/Druid can mutate creatures at will.
GravityThe opposite to fire in terms of creature stats, the Otyugh is without a doubt the most powerful creature control card in the game, it devours enemy units if they have less hitpoints than the Otyugh, which gains a hitpoint each time it does so. Gravity Pull and the Armagh are also very powerful defensive/offensive cards, respectively.
TimeA very popular element, time has the unique ability to allow you to draw more cards, and slow down the enemy from drawing cards. Fate Eggs can hatch into any creature in the game (with altered stats), and Anubis has a synergy with Aether to make creatures immortal.
AetherThe only element has immortal creatures, the Phase Shield allows you to completely negate all incoming damage for three turns, and Aether also has powerful lighting creature control cards.
LightHolyness and justice, etc... Blessing provides a +3/+3 buff to a creature, and Angels are able to heal your creatures each turn. Very similar to Life but in a more defensive role.
DarknessPowerful vampires suck the life from the enemy healing you in turn. Has a powerful ability to 'steal' an enemies Permanent, rendering it yours - which is unarguably better than destroying it.

The game itself:
Your deck must have between 30 and 60 cards in it.
If you have 0 cards in your deck (in game), and your turn begins, you are unable to draw a card and immediately lose the game.
Each element has 'Quanta' - like mana, which is produced by Pillars (upgraded: Towers), or some creatures (typically upgraded).
At the end of each turn, all your cards in play able to do so, will generate you quanta.
There is a 13th kind of Pillar called a Quantum Pillar (upgraded: Tower). This grants you +3 random elements each turn, enabling you to use all elements in your deck at a sacrifice of beign subjected to the random-ness.
Pendulums are a relatively new addition to the game. They grant you +1 of a designated element, and every other turn will give you +1 of your 'Mark'.
Your 'Mark' is your chosen starting deck and acts as a pillar.
Once you end your turn, all your creatures in play, that are able to do so, will attack.
Then, any permanents which have been activated or are passive, will take effect.
Finally, your weapon attacks, and then the enemies turn begins.

With such a wide variety of card 'types', it is viable to go for a Duo or Trio deck instead of a Mono. That is, to use different elements to what your 'Mark' is. For example, a Duo Life/Air combo would make good use of Firefly Queens spawn ability. Trio decks become harder to justify and require more thought and foreplanning.

The most versatile deck is a Rainbow deck, wherein all the pillars are Quantum Pillars. This allows you to use any card in that deck. These can be some of the most powerful decks in the game, but rely a lot on luck in generating the correct quanta - with the right starting hand. And so on, and so forth.

Important
If you want to go PvP someone, you BOTH need to 'Challenge a Friend' each other. You would think one challenges and one accepts, but no. You must challenge each other for the PvP match to begin.

Anyways, gl hf :)

Also: Elements has a sandbox mode that you can use to test out new deck ideas. In sandbox mode, you have unlimited money and access to all rare cards, but your progress is not saved, and you cannot submit your score.

Heh.
This is me (IGN: AngelSpirit):

If you guys need help with building a good deck, let me know. If you want to PVP me, let me know.

Edit: These are a few good decks I'd recommend for beating up Level 3 opponents. Typically, they have a winrate of over 95%.

Without knowing anything about it I can say that when a deck, consisting of only 3 unique cards, is any good at all then this game sucks.

@Nude: That deck is only good for one thing, and that's grinding against the AI to earn money to buy better decks. It is not a 'good' deck.

Edit: Out of the 3 decks Angel posted, only the rainbow (center one) is sort of 'good'.
On closer inspection it's a pretty fail deck... What happens when you don't draw any nova's? Precog eats through it way too quickly. And you're not 'fire-heavy' enough to warrant all those immolations.

Update the OP so it provides information, also are relics really meant to just be sold? Or do you get some ultra rare god card if you upgrade it?

If it's complexity you're worried about, this deck does much better (but conversely costs a ton more):

Out of the 3 decks Angel posted, only the rainbow (center one) is sort of 'good'.
The top deck is capable of winning a game in 5 turns flat. The winrate is somewhere around 90% against Level 3 opponents. It's designed for speed, and only speed.
The last deck works on quanta denial. Two Earthquakes are capable or destroying up to 6 of the opponent's Pillars, severely crippling their production. Each Devourer drains one quanta per turn, effectively nullifying one pillar per turn. This deck is therefore capable of completely nullifying 12 pillars' worth of output.

Due to the auto-shuffling feature, the chance of drawing a Nova or an Immolation and Photon in the first 8 cards is 93%, so I wouldn't worry about that.
As to fire-heavy:
2 Crimson Dragons: 20 Fire quanta
2 Lava Golems: 10 Fire quanta
Graviton Fire Eater: Uses 1 Fire quanta per turn
Total Used: 30+ Quanta
Each Immolation provides 7 Fire quanta; there's 5 of them. That provides 35 Fire quanta. Using 30/35 Fire quanta seems pretty good to me.

Let me show you how to hump without making love.

I'm pretty cruel. I just run a skeleton army and have kind of abused the quanta system. LoveL is my name btw.

Doesn't it just? I'm about to reset again and run a Dark/Fire. Destroying People's shit seems to be the best way. Plus Dusk Mantle is imbalanced as shit.

Wait until you folks see an Otyugh/Graveyard/Mutation deck.. you will shit a brick...

For making money you want to grind level 3's, make a 'rainbow deck' (that uses Quanta Towers), then just abuse Immortality, Otyugh for creature control, graveyards, empathic bonds for healing, pack a rain of fire, firefly queen etc... a few supernovas to get you off the ground also works. then once you have this, and it works, you fight the 'false gods'. Which give super money/card returns per win.

See if you can beat Level 5 opponents and win an upgraded card from them. They sell for over 1,100 each:

You can also try Level 6 if you're really gutsy, but you need at least 500 score to attempt it.

I started playing this and got to about 100 points. Then I lost a few times and dropped to 20. I didn't realize losing made you lose "exp." QQ.

Alright, so I went on a streak of bad luck. I lost 20 games in a row because of these AIs having cards that I can't destroy that wreck any deck I make. It seems like the game is purposely forcing me to play decks that counter mine. And no, it's not because I suck. [/RAGE]
