It's been confirmed for a while now but yea. Pretty cool. I wonder if it'll bring back straight shooting games like Quake and UT. All FPS today are non straight line, moving ruins your accuracy, iron sights shooters. I don't mind but I'd like to try my old school fpsing again.

Gimmicks and over the top cheesy badass comments were what made Duke though.

What's going to be cool is the ammount of interaction in the game. Putting pizza into a microwave oven, playing slot machines, this kind of thing. Yeah this doesn't make for a great game, but it always was part of Duke 3D, and I'm sure they'll come out with some new stuff to bring to the game. It has been passed to many diffrent people, there's a lot of diffrent ideas poured into this project.
I just hope it's ecchi. Everyone knows these kinds of things are better when they are ecchi.
I had to google that one, if it is what I think, yeah, there's a lot of sexual references, and at some point you'll be able to have a private show from a stripper. It will be rated M.

As far as I know, call of duty is full of gimmicks too, it's been many games like that and even Medal of Honor that was more like Duke Nukem changed to be a CoD clone, the gimmicks are in today's FPS if you ask me.
