Here - you'd better just take a look at the map. I'm having problems with the final passive ability of my hero.

It doesn't work. I haven't tried it with allies nearby, but at least the self buff portion isn't working. I think it's an issue with my Enumerate Area validators. Can someone who knows this stuff better than I look into it for me?

The compare field inside the search areas is confusing. I am pretty sure it is used in combo with the count and validator in there as well. So all you need to do is change the compare field on the validator itself to equal to. You also might want to change the search filter to have exclude self as well.
