If you see a girl that looks very good to you, in those 2 situations, how would you engage a discussion with her?

1) You notice she keeps looking at you briefly
2) She doesn't seems to have even noticed you

This is a bit for myself (), but I am also extremely curious to know your individual answers.

1) I notice she might have a staring problem.
2) I keep going about my business and don't bother.

What advice are you actually looking for? Does she know you exist? Do you get the sense she's into you?

Unless she approaches me or has something that catches my interest, I have no reason to deliberately start a conversation.

1) Well I do have a girlfriend.. but if I didn't, I would prolly leave her alone unless I could find a reasonable excuse to talk/move closer to her. I'd prolly only talk to her if there was time for it (say 15+ mins?). There are plenty of good looking women, but a lot of them are straight up bitches, and I really wouldn't bother with them. (I give all women bitch status until I see otherwise).
2) I do nothing; Trying to get a number/flirting/hooking up takes too much effort. I'd rather just play SC2/map.

1) "What are you looking at?" before she can respond "Wanna fight?!" *doesn't matter what she says back* "You trying to start a fight with me!" say the last one with a giggle on the end. If she's worth a dam at all she will laugh at this, and you go from there talking about anything, because the ice has been broken. If she stares at you blankly then she's a brain dead piece of shit so who cares what you she think of you after that.

2) Ask her a question about something you need help with, like where to find something. Be polite, but simultaneously disinterested. Like give her eye contact, but mid sentence look behind/around her while still talking. Leave an opening for her to give something extra after your answer. Extra point for making her think you are trying to talk at her, getting her hopes up. Even if shes thinking, "omomgomomg plz dont let this loser hit on me" and then you don't. she then thinks "omgomogmogmg i must be ugly"
Example, YOU: "Hey!" Don't show disinterest yet. Be very nice and smiling in your greeting.
Her: "uh, hi?" she gives you an awkward or bitchy response
YOU: "you know where the bathroom is?" This is when you stop making eye contact, and lose the smile - in mid sentence.
Her: wtf i got worked up over nothing! "It's right over there"
YOU: back to polite smiling and eye contact "Sorry, I've just never been here before." You just made it sound like you are ready to talk and possibly flirt with her. ITS A TRAP!
Her: "blah bla-" MOST IMPORTANT PART! As SOON as she starts talking start walking away, say towards the bathroom. Blow her the fuck off. Ignore her. So that it doesn't matter if the words were "get real loser" because she will not get it out. She basically loses the game if she responds at all to your small talk after the question. Now here's the beauty of nature, the girl will now evolve into your situation 1 girl, and you already know how to take it from there.

Look up an eBook called The Sexual Key, it's a pretty much amazing book that goes over the emotional state of women and how and why they react to things so differently from men, one of the best reads I've ever had.

Anyways, my take on the questions, and I'm assuming you're a high-schooler, like myself, so we'll go with a typical high-school setting/situation, just being in class together:

1) When she keeps glancing over at you, it's a sign that she's interested(unless you're doing something really weird), but make sure you don't start doing the same, women prefer guys who seem to have their own thing going, and aren't easily deterred by some girl glancing at them. Honestly, I would try to figure out what her intelligence level is a bit before trying anything, because different levels of girls respond better to different actions, your personality in the class also needs to be taken into account.

For example, I tend to be one of the most outspoken people in the class, as least during teacher's lessons, I'm extremely satirical/sarcastic and tend to be in a good mood. If the girl seems pretty chill but socially able, I might catch her in one of her glances one time, look her right in the eye, and give her a sideways smile and a wink. For me it works like a charm, it acts as basically a silent icebreaker, and when I chat with her a few minutes later we're both significantly more open. Once again, you really have to change it up depending on your personality, I'm a bit of a jokester, so by being very blunt and forward, and basically saying everything I'm thinking out loud, I come off really well, but it doesn't work for everyone, figure out something that suits you.

For #2, it's like I was saying, women are interested in men who seem to have their own life and their own plans going, not the guy who gets distracted from his plans by a few glances. Women want the typical romance-novel hero. He's disinterested in the woman, his life, his goals, and his quest take precedence over her, but that only makes her even more crazy about him. Don't try to confront her, or get her to notice you, have fun, be yourself, hang out with your bros(chicks dig guys with lots of bros), don't swoon over her, she wants you to be independent. After a bit of that, she'll turn into #1 situation, and you can go from there.
