That's what I'm saying, Moosie. Punishments aren't given out according to a formula, as Nude stated. It's much more arbitrary than that.

Yeah there isn't really a formula, it's guidelines. If you think you have been treated unfairly try to engage us in intelligent discussion, we're people too (though damn close to being your gods ). If the respective Mod seems not to be reasoned with you'll have to take it with the next higher authority. If you've worked your way through and got an admin disagreeing with you then I have to refer you to the dictatorship part of the TOS.
Your complaints here will not change anything anymore though.
