Story

---

A Strange message flashes across your TV one afternoon. "The Dead Walk" It would say, scaring the minds of everyone around you. A Scream is heard then on the TV, zombies fill the news camera's scope.

A second later, a knock is heard, and the police are ordering you to get out of your house and follow them for evacuation. You follow, scared to stay to a gunshop down the road. The next second, the shit literly hits the fan, and zombies mass to the store, leaving you stuck inside with the owner. A backdoor would seam like the only way out, so you take it, only to be locked out by the fearfull owner. Stuck in an alley, you begin your quest for survival.

- 17 Different Guns (Yes I know, theres only 7 ranged terran guns (Including Infested Duran), Guns are shared over multiple units, with different fireing modes ^_^)
- Stargate weapon switch, fireing mode switch, and inventory
- Deathcounter based Inventory
- Base Builder: The ability to arm civilians, move cars, and set up a safe place to survive while doing missions
- Missions...Duh
- Boss fights! These interactive boss fights will feature a Huge (Usually) boss, with tons of HP, but ALWAYS a weakness (Be it an explosive barrel, shotgun to da face!, or some kinda shield generator close by) VHP will be used on ALL bosses, and SOMETIMES on players (Based off the fact that the players MAY be dodging attacks like a bound)

That's not keeping it simple for the player. Simple zombie map = Brain Bread. It should be your icon.

Moar - We intend to have a pretty simple story, but of course the Umbrella Corporation never lets anything go easy. Through out the game you'll have good and bad UBCS against you, and such.

Now, time to time, the players can "Survive" some of the more serious onslaughts of zombies, such as during the beginning movie, you can begin the game with a Beretta.

And for any updates: Terrain, Built a Gunshop, and it looks just like the one in apoc file #2 xD but with another room in the rear (Locked but has mp5's)

Story, A couple more triggers leading the players to the gunshop to survive the first attack.

Hopefully you Dark_Marine can make a map to rise above the bastardized garbage we are so familiar with on Battle.net! I'm counting on you not to screw this one up, and as long as you keep the following in mind, you shouldn't;

-Mutually accumulated experiences, teamwork, friendly competition, replay value, difficulty, tactics, strategies, and
most prominently overall, entertainment value per KB downloaded.

Ah, the king of the Resident Evil maps.

So liek, I've been working. Nothing screenshottable quality yet (The terrain is gonna need major fixes in the end), but all the guns work. In fact, they work so good, all I do is place a Beacon and the Gun, and volia >:D.

So I was bored yo' ;o

So the high lord of zombie maps has reclaimed his rightful place on the throne. Looks nice man, I look forward to it.

DUDE. didn't you quit DM? and I doubt thats the real Panzer, I met to many fakes. lol. Need terrain? I lost meh SC disk when I moved so I quit, but hell I'll do some terrain for you buddy (SC+your mod lol and the editors still installed on this computer) space again? or did you do instalation or maybe badlands?

Nuu I didn't quit. And my brother wants to do all the terrain <_<

Don't make things too complex for the player. You can have many different options, just keep it straightforward and to the point. Make sure to not get caught up in spelling errors and arbitrary color schemes and bolds. Seventeen guns seems like a bit much to me unless you have no vehicles in your map. Also, apparently you're working with your brother on this, keep it coordinated and let him know what you put in and visa versa. Lack of communication can throw all your great potential for this map away. I recommend not getting serious and all, keep your map blandly fun to play and interesting, hence the name "Another Apocalypse," which is kind of humorous, but its good. Stick with it and good luck. End all those other newblet Resident Evil maps.

Im sorry I havent been keeping everyone updated with this, Ive been working with my brother on ANOTHER map (Zombie Outpost 2.0 [WTF people were spreading 1.3c 2 weeks ago]) And I've been sick. So here I sit in my bed, typing away, with mah IBC root beer, laying miserable. Maybe I can get back to work tonight.
