Friends & Family codes were given out today (that's how I got mine), but I'm not sure about Opt-ins just yet. I'll keep this thread open for documentation purposes.

Actually, wave 2 happened a while back. This is like maybe wave 3 or so?

Also, I read in an interview that Blizzard wants to have a constant flow of 10k people playing. When not so many people are playing, more keys will go out!
