I agree that he's not as good as those heroes, but S2 seems very reluctant to nerf them even after they get banned/first picked in every competitive game for the last few months. However, they almost always copy DotA hero balance changes, so I doubt this will be any different. The HotBL nerf is also very much expected, getting it on Arachna/CD/Valk was just getting lame and a lot of people were asking for something similar before DotA even did it.

Ugh, this seems unnecessary. Was Helm on ranged heroes really too OP? I think Arachna and CD were the only heroes that effectively used it well, and maybe Defiler if you really wanted to beef up, but why nerf it? I don't mind the str nerf, but the agi nerf and the increased mana cost is really going to hurt Razor's early game. Why do they always have to nerf my favourite heroes? Assuming S2 follows up.

Razor was dominant in the SMM Asian DotA tournament. They want to move away from the carry/turtle heavy metagame that that tournament showcased because it's not exciting and not good for competition. So, subsequent nerfs.

i played a game where i randomed scout and i didnt do that bad. i think scout is amazing at farming and his disarm ability can do massive damage. in the beginning i was baby sat so i farmed a sustainer really fast. i got runed axe and marchers at 15 mark and i jungled a ton from there. i got a ton of gold and i was unstoppable late game.

his ms and invis helps alot for farmin cause he can run across the whole map and kill bunchs of creep waves and then when he is about to get ganked, run to the otherside of the map and get more gold. except he isnt much of a team player

Woah... Was looking how to find those stats for myself and found something surprising. My highest kills are with Accursed... I almost never play Accursed...How the hell?

FA is probably going to get a giant nerf next patch too. She's newb friendly as hell and farms far far far too easily.
