I do that when I'm concerned that someone is listening. >.> I always have that thought in the back of my mind, and it is very awkward.

Also, when eating flavored candy, I will eat my least favorite flavors first saving the best flavors for last.

When I'm eating, I have to have every bite be proportional.
I can't have too much of one thing and have it overtake the taste of another.

I was planing to urinate today at the house of my grandparents, but as soon as I heard someone urinating with the open door I walked back to my seat.

Oh I do the urination angle sometimes.

I do the 'directed urine stream' thing as well. Preferable to making a noise like a thundering torrent.

Defecation is another matter altogether, especially in public toilets.

i dont know if this is an OCD but when erasing things on a white board or chalk boar i have to erase every single bit. if my teacher leaves some random dots on the board, i get really anxious and annoyed.

I am not very OCD... When I smoke Weed I don't like smoking it all in 10 seconds like I will put it down and talk for like 30 minutes!

None of the things in this thread are. If you can not do it, like sit there and say, "I'm going to do this differently than I usually do.", but you find yourself physically unable to change the habit, THAT is OCD. What everyone is saying are just odd habits.

I can't break my habits I have to do them or else I will die!

trust me, i've tried getting the volume on my tv to a non multipel of 5 number.
it nagged me all day, and i couldn't sleep.
like i literally will change the volume on someone elses tv if its not in groups of 5.

Okay, where to start...

First off, I'm a grammar Nazi. I used to type like an idiot but now I realize how stupid it makes you look. This is both on the internet and text messaging.

I get pissed off when I see people use "your" instead of "you're".

The T.V. volume always has to be on an even number, even if its too loud or too quite to hear.

EVERY song in my iTunes library has corresponding artwork and information. Every song that I've downloaded by means not which of iTunes, I properly categorize it in my music folder by "Artist" -> "Album" -> "Track Name". Unlike Excalibur, all the music that I have obtained is converted into 128kpbs. If I download the song and it has some advertising dubbed over a part of the song, it's deleted and if I can't find another one that meets my demands, I go without, or I buy it on iTunes. If the song has too much space in front or at the end of the song, it's converted to .wav and edited accordingly and then converted back to .mp3 @ 128kpbs.

What else...

Every name in cellphones' phone book has a first and last name.

If I'm driving or in a strain when it comes to texting, I'll wait and text full words rather then rush and use "ur" and other abbreviations. Even if I'm about to run over someone. lol

When I'm playing the piano, if I mess up, I start over from the beginning.

Maybe this thread should have been titled something to do with personal neurosis, so as to cover some of these things. Like, one of mine is that when I work, read or type or anything everything in the room must be still. I become irrational irritated and anxious when people tap there fingers, tap their foot, shake their leg, play with their hair...anything. I can't continue until they stop. Necessary movement, say, someone playing in a park where I'm working, or someone writing, does not bother me in the slightest.

But while that's neurotic, its not really obsessive compulsive.
