It would be almost impossible to tell what is wrong without posting the map.

You're going to have to give us your map so we can check it over if you want a definite answer. People drop when SC gets out of sync with the other SC players. This happens when you put a trigger(eud)/sprite/etc. that is not meant to be in the game and has the potential to be read differently from computer to computer. Happens a lot with Mac players, but it can happen between PC users as well. I can't be anymore specific without seeing the map.

An artist's depiction of an Extended Unit Death

That's a pretty extensive map and it would take a really long time to find a problem without more information. Are you sure these drops are random? Does it occur more often for one player than another? Does it occur at a certain time of the game, or at a certain point?

I quickly ran through your triggers checking for EUDs, but yours only have displays, so that wouldn't cause a desync to any players in any circumstance. I did notice that one of the sprites on the top left of the map looks like it's hanging off of the map, which would cause problems. Also, the units at the bottom of the map look pretty damn close to the very bottom of the map. Remember that StarCraft's UI cuts off part of the bottom; you would likely get unplaceable errors if this was a problem, though.

I would definitely look into the sprite thing and try to give us more details on the problem.

Edit: You should also move your hyper triggers to the bottom of the trigger list.

There's nothing wrong with the sprite. You can place it completely off the map and it would work perfectly.

Have you played with people you know that don't use hacks? Have you tried disabling the EUD triggers?
Note: You have about 200 empty triggers that don't belong to any players. This won't drop anyone, but it sure is using a lot of space.

I tried everything that was said so far it still drops me/other people out of the game. the dropping occurs at random it is usually player 1 (germany) who drops out of the game most. it occurs usually at 5 seconds into game/2 minutes or even 10 minutes into the game. I also moved the hypers to the bottom and fixed the sprite that was at the top. Still nothing is working the way it should >.< theres gotta be a good reason this is happening.

The DoW 1939 map is still disconnecting randomly usually when units are created and a display pops up. I still cant figure out what is causing the desynic of the players in the map.

You could start by doing what I suggested.

I actually have the same problem in one of my older maps. I think, in my map, it has to do with screen position, because players only drop at a certain stage in the game, when no triggers are running, and players always drop when my screen is in this certain general area. Now that I think about it, it might just have something to do with some corrupted terrain from a humongous copy//paste I did, from one of my maps to another.

Are your maps reaching a unit/images limit?

First, save a backup of your map.
Now select sprites in the dropdown menu, hold CTRL and tap A and then hit Delete. Save this map and then host it. Do people drop? If the dropping stopped then it is your sprites.
Next, do the same thing except select units in the drop down menu. Save the map.
Is it still dropping when you host it?
Do the same thing with doodads.
If, after doing all this and your map STILL drops people, its the triggers.
I cant really help much further.
Ever heard of the saying "The first step to healing is knowing"?

EDIT: This may come across as stupid, but are you sure its the map? Not a hack or any 3rd party program?
