So who's participating in National Novel Writing Month?

It starts one November 1st. The challenge is to write 50,000 words in one month in the form of a novel. Any topic you want is acceptable, but if you join the forums keep profanity and obscene content out.

I already know my main plot, just need to flesh out the details.

50,000 words? I would get nowhere near that, especially as I have essays and stuff to do around that time.

Aww come on, Captain. I know you can do it. Those essays aren't really *that* important, are they?

Ah I remember this from last year. I wanted to participate, but something came up. Hopefully this year will be different!
