I don't try to come off as rude, i just try to give an honest opinion. Consider incorporating something beyond a minor flash site if you want to excel. Perhaps use flash for the actual navigation, this would allow a lot more possibilities beyond the limitations of a minor flash site.

As of right now I could agree that it's useless. As said in another post what you see so far is an outline.

So I would say you need more content and not make everything flash-based (or at least provide an HTML page for people that can't stand flash *cough* Syphon *cough*)

I don't see how a normal html page would be any more useful, and therefore I don't see how that's a good reason to hate the flash. Better useless pretty flash than useless boring html.

I don't see many issues with the menus moving, they don't exactly fly away, it's rather good and I like it.

Except that flash is less browser friendly and encourages people to make horrid designs that suck.
I can't middle-click to open flash links in new tab. I can't hover over them to see their destination. Unless they for some reason redirect and force me to load another page, which wastes my time, I can't use my browser's back button to return from them; nor can I copy the URL and return to them at any time, from anywhere.

Correct. I was gonna mention that to Sy but he apparently only likes html only sites so it wouldn't change much.

The fact that you need a loading bar is baaaaaaaaad, it means your page is far too large. First of all, the iphone images are saved as PNGs even though they contain gradients and other things that don't compress well. Save them as high-quality JPGs instead (92 quality jpg ended up being 1/3 of the size). Second of all (much more minor point) you don't have file transfer compression enabled on your web server (though you might not be able to change that).

I just visited the site again. I find it really annoying now.
