Actually I just found um... I think Epic Sauce is not blocked by this Anti Hack so really there may have been people hacking in my StarQuest games and I didnt know it.
Maybe in Starcraft 2 Blizzard will do it's job.
Right now I'm faced with the mind-numbingly stupid irony of the fact that if I want to chat with a friend on Starcraft, or be able to whisper friends during a reasonable length game, I need to hack and defeat blizzard's anti-hack. Because it punishes me if I don't hack. That and its just too annoying to log in after every single game. But really... hack and youre fine, dont hack and you disconnect. uberlawl.
Take a look at this email chain: (it starts at the bottom and goes up, i edited out my address)
Hello again,

Dear Carlos,
I am keenly aware of the policy you are quoting, and I'm trying to help you enforce it.
Unfortunately, blizzard is encouraging the use of hacks/third-party programs right now, because of battle.net's malfunction.
Battle.net disconnects many players every few minutes if they run Broodwar in a "clean" state. Therefore there is actually a motive to use hacks/third-party programs.

I know for fact it's Warden which is causing these disconnects because when I use ScGuard it does not disconnect me - for hours. Without ScGuard, sometimes I have been disconnected as little as 15 seconds after log-on.
