Firegraft edits don't show up the current patch - is there any way that I can still graft w/ the current patch, or will people have to downgrade?
None.
You will have to downgrade until DoA's new FG comes out.
None.
Or you could ''TRY'' and sign up to use the beta ver of 1.15.1 FG.
None.
But if you sign up, you have to help find bugs. So, ifyour lazy, you can just wait for the next version. Use O)Farty's SCDowngrader.
None.
no, because I make mods and play them w/ my friends, which are too stupid with computers to downgrade.
I guess I'll just wait.

I may end up releasing a version of SCMLoader with updated FireGraft patch support before DoA ends up releasing the updated FireGraft. Heh, I don't think he will mind if I do that.
None.
ShadowFlare, if you do that I'll love you forever.

Finally mappers can totally 1up the modders.
Wait, does that mean that we can run a FG mod from SCModLoader, and have it up the version?
None.
I'm unsure whether it works that way or not, but it may. It does have a data file for 1.15.1 packaged with it.
I haven't yet posted the details anywhere, but I updated the SCMLoader beta download. Until I post the details (which will be soon; I just need to get it typed up), you will just need to figure out what's new.
To aid in figuring out what the new features are (for those who want to see before I explain it all), there is this sample I uploaded earlier:
