1. I check and make sure that role is never given to such people.

The strategy involved is that the town doesn't want to kill him, and the Mafia killing him would be a waste (i.e. It's smarter to hit a special role). Yes, moose, you cannot just not give a town idiot role to anyone who doesn't have minerals enabled. It would be too easy for people to rule out people as being town idiot or not.

O, and start the game by Sunday at the latest! We're already loaded with people.
