The line "F(n+2) := F(n+1) + F(n)" describes the Fibonacci sequence: 1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34... and the man Raccoon talks to on the phone investigates the room where DTBK died: bullethole in the back of the chair (he was shot i nthe back while sitting in his chair), brain tissue on the floor, small droplets of blood near the brain tissue from him coughing up blood; read through DTBK's death and you'll realize that that is what his room would look like if you take away his body and clean up the mess a bit. DTBK's player ID is 8. The 8th member of the Fibonacci sequence is 21 => AngelSpirit's game ID.

"i1, e4, s5, t6, t9, a13, n14" - each number denotes the position of the letter it is next to in a word. Rewrite this into "i _ _ e _ t _ _ t _ _ _ a n" => Infested Terran. Cudos to Lethal and Kaias for cracking this clue.

"on the very last page of the report" => on the very last page of some set of information. This set of information is referring to Zycoraxes posts. On the very last page of his post collection (found under his profile through the feature 'find my posts') you will see a post that has only one word in it: 'spoon'. The Matrix movie has the famous 'there is no spoon' scene/line. This clue was more likely to point to Fatal due to him being a Matrix defense fan, but TBH I didn't know that fact about Fatal.
