There are million versions of this song, you could be looking for years. the original is 1998, then the band did a remix for every other year (up to at least 2000) and plus other bands remixed the song(s) in between.

This case isn't isolated... many songs got kicked out of The Wall, even the film itself: the whole album The Final Cut is actually all the songs which were supposed to be in the movie but never was... which is why we see the same themes and kind of atmosphere

Well I was wondering if you had a bootleg from the film or something I don't see how they couldn't of squeezed it in...it's an amazing song, and they probably could of shortened something from the 2nd CD. But then again that would probably mess up the order and have "Goodbye Cruel World" on the 2nd CD. But look at me. I'm rambling.

In fact, if you listen to the film and try to listen to the CDs at the same time, you'll see the songs aren't even in the same order xD
Besides of that, I do not have a bootleg of this song :S Though, I could provide you some awesomeness in terms of bootlegs (I love Pink Floyd playing bluesy)
You could probably get the movie on DVD and use a simple screen recorder to record the song with the fantastic animation that comes with it (flowers as far as I remember). If ever you do that, PLEASE send it to me, I loved that scene
