Clearly from what I see, Ubuntu is the most widely used Linux Dist.
But is it truly the best one out there? Or are there others? I feel like having a Linux partition for some reason.

Relatively ancient and inactive
Back when I had a Linux Fetish, I'd chosen the Suse distribution. Never got around to installing it, though. OpenSuse is the free version. Also, Windows > Ubuntu. I know, as someone who uses Ubuntu in school. Annoying as hell. Going with open-source doesn't make you cool. Or me. I was actually too lazy to actually install it

Yeah, Linux really isn't a good main OS, I'd just put it on a partition or something for random times when you feel a need to use it.
