That is one thing I disliked about the real game. It was too hard to die (so I suggest very little amounts of health kits that only heal very little amounts) in the campaign. It would change things to be more strategic IMO so players would have to decide why should this player get the health kit. It would be either "this player needs it because he is good" or "he is the only one with low health."

Might be easy to make the medpacks wich only heals to 90% of your hp... but don't expect anything easy for triggering the slowly degenerating pills!
